Membership Application

  1. Any HCYC member Sponsoring a Prospective Member should read and understand all of the documents on this page. If there are any questions please email the Admissions Committee Chairperson at admissions4hcyc@gmail.com to arrange a discussion of the process. 
  2. The Sponsor is responsible for guiding the prospective member through the application process, gathering all of the application materials (the application form, 3 letters of support and application fees) and delivering them, as one package, to the Admissions Committee Chairperson.
  3. After all application materials are received the Sponsor must coordinate with the Admissions Chairperson and appropriate officers to begin fulfilling the applicants Participation Checklist.

The Sponsor is responsible for assisting the Prospective Member in completing these items and submitting the completed Checklist to the Admissions Chairperson.
