Invasive plants have been a fact of life for years in the lower Connecticut River and its coves, with remediation or eradication being in the hands of the many volunteer organizations active in land, water and wildlife preservation. It has already been reported in inner Hamburg Cove, so members need to be aware, and active in the movement to defeat the invasion. This video explains the threat.
